Title: Technical Call Center Representative
We are looking to add to our team of experienced call center representatives. Our call center receives calls from customers with both technical and non-technical issues with their Traxxas radio-controlled models.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years previous call center experience
- Professional communication skills
- Highly developed phone skills
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
Preferences:
- Knowledge of the remote control car, boat & truck industry
- Ability/interest in solving technical/mechanical issues
