Twist-Lock™Twist Lock® Top Deck
Removing the top deck is quick and easy with the exclusive Twist-Lock fastener. A simple quarter-turn twist is all it takes to access the battery and electronics.

The XL-10M (marine) electronic speed control delivers smooth, precise, fully proportional control over your speed in forward and reverse.

Water CoolingWater Cooling
A cooler speed control more efficiently flows current. The XL-10 Marine electronic speed control is equipped with a water-cooled heat exchanger to take away power-robbing heat. The ingenious design relies on a new cutting-edge material that conducts heat, but not electricity. It allows all three banks of transistors to be joined without short-circuiting the electronics.
TQ™ Radio SystemTQ™ Radio System
The Villain is a powerful boat that requires a high-performance radio system. The included TQ 2-channel pistol grip transmitter features high output for up to a quarter-mile range, electronic trim controls, servo reversing, and a low battery indicator.
Twin Stinger™ MotorsTwin Stinger™ Motors
The Villain is powered by twin 540 Stinger motors. The modified Stinger motors feature 20-turn armatures for high-output performance. Finned aluminum heat sinks are installed to dissipate heat.
Sealed Radio BoxSealed Radio Box
The sealed radio box helps protect the critical radio equipment and sensitive electronics from water. This enables the Villain to deliver many hours of trouble-free performance boating. The Twist-Lock fastener on the clear cover makes it easy to access the inside of the compartment. A rubber gasket is used to maintain the seal.
Gear Reduction DrivesGear Reduction Drives
The Villain drive system uses dual drives, with adjustable 2:1 gear reduction. The blue-anodized, T6-aluminum motor plate and composite-nylon motor mounts provide rock-solid mounting for the twin 540 Stinger motors.
Steerable OutdrivesTwin, Steerable Outdrives
The twin steerable outdrives direct the thrust from the efficient, surface-piercing propellers for instant steering response and superior control. The trim angle is adjustable to precisely tune the Villain’s performance.

Ready-To-Race®
The Villain features professional factory assembly by Traxxas experts. Everything, including the radio system, is installed and Ready-To-Race®. All that’s left for you to do is charge and install batteries (not included) and apply the die-cut decals. It’s easy!
